Monica is a founding Partner of Kerr Brown. Since its inception in 2006, she has employed her vast civil litigation experience in developing and evolving the firm. From 2012, Monica assumed primary responsibility for strategic development and marketing, as well as securing and managing business relationships. As Staff Partner of a growing, energetic firm, Monica considers her role vital in overseeing personnel development and training.

Monica is a member of The Law Society of Scotland, MASS and APIL.
